Unsere Antwort? Meeresalgen aus Norwegen, die komplett ohne Land, Dünger und Süßwasser wachsen.
Oceanfruit entwickelt Produkte und innovative Verarbeitungsmethoden, die die noch unbekannte Ressource der Seealgen an die Oberfläche und auf den Tisch der europäischen Konsumenten bringt. Unsere Produkte befeuern eine neue maritime Industrie und schaffen eine positive Alternativen zur Fischerei, von der alle Leben können.
Unsere ersten Produkte: Vielfältige Meeresalate – drei Feinkostsalate im Glas aus europäischen Algenarten und regionalem Biogemüse. Dabei knüpfen wir an beliebte Geschmacksrichtungen an: Meeressalat Graved Style mit fruchtig-süßer Senf-Dill-Soße; Koreanischer Meeressalat mit scharfem Ingwer und viel Umami, angelehnt an den beliebten Wakamesalat; und unseren Mediterranen Meeressalat der an Sommernächte in Italien erinnert.
