- Finalize financial statements for company/ trust/ partnership/ individual and prepare tax returns.- Prepare payroll for clients.- Doing bookkeeping and prepare IAS/ BAS reports.

- Prepare tax return for individuals and review staff member’s reports. - Do bookkeeping daily, weekly and monthly for clients per their demands in Xero and Quickbooks- Prepare BAS/ IAS reports.

- Data entry: • Enter purchase invoices and cash receipts daily and make sure their account code and GST are coded correctly.• Raise sales invoices per purchase order within 48 hours.- Reconcile bank accounts weekly- AR/AP Accounts:• Prepare payments for outstanding invoices.• Send statement to clients to chase up overdue invoices.• Prepare AR/AP account summary to report manager weekly- Book journals and making month end reports to manager.- Make BAS/ IAS reports monthly and quarterly.
