- Work on various writing projects in Vietnamese to train generative AI models such as:+ Rank and/or compare a series of responses that were produced by an AI model.+ Based on a given topic, write a short story about that topic and/or provide a public image to initiate an AI response.+ Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not.+ Assess whether the audio provided by the AI model is accurately pronounced and has a clear voice or not.+ Ensure that the user's instructions are correctly addressed by the AI.

Administrative assistance and coordinationo Provide administrative work (correspondence, meeting/appointment arrangement), secretarial services: note-taking, meeting minutes production and administrative/logistics supports to various missions of the project. o Participate in the elaboration of the project’s communication activities: Leaflet, poster, visual aids, other printing documents, the project websites, etc.o Provide support on the coordination between the project unit with relevant project stakeholders (provincial departments, government agencies, project stakeholders).o Provide support to Japanese experts in Vietnam in term of communication, lectures, residential registration, housing.o Be in charge of taking photos of daily activities of the Project, as well as compiled and keep for record.o Assist the Chief Advisor in finalizing reports, check for errors, typo, etc.o Assist the project accounting section with the related tasks. o Assist to maintain the project filing system, asset inventory and management.o Ensure a smooth operation and maintenance good working condition of office equipment and office supplies.o Carry out other duties assigned by the Project. Interpretation and translation:o Responsible for the interpretation of meetings, field trips, training courses, workshops, social activities and other interpretation tasks requested by the project.o Responsible for the translation of the project’s leaflets, contracts, workshop/meeting handouts/presentation, projects documents, and other translation tasks requested by the project.
