CurrentRecruitment:- End-to-End Hiring: Conducted full cycles of recruitment activities for diverse departments, from initial contact to offer delivery, ensuring a positive experience throughout. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with hiring managers to set clear expectations and provide guidance in candidate selection.- Sourcing: Utilize online recruiting resources, external research vendors, internal referrals, and in-house data to identify and attract top talent.- Onboarding: Execute onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported during their probationary period.- Metrics & Reporting: Measure recruitment channels, manage vendor expenses, and create automated and accurate recruitment reports. Prepare monthly/annual headcount plans to track workforce changes. - Employer Branding: Lead recruitment events and build relationships with universities and vendors to enhance employer branding.- Team Leadership: Supervise and coach a sub team of two members.Fresher Training Program:- Collaborate with L&D to identify learning & development demand; and implementing training solutions to build a talent pool for the Development Department.- Define timelines and recruitment plans for training programs to ensure timely project completion.Website:- System Improvements: Suggest ideas and enhancements for job advertisements and the career site to ensure technology supports sourcing activities effectively.
