Developing recruitment programs, potential recruitment channels:• Building and maintaining relationships with Job service centers, colleges, high school; Assessing the effectiveness of cooperation with organizations.• Managing and maintaining recruitment brand on online/offline (Facebook, recruitment website, social media,…)• Participate in organizing mass recruitment programs, HR days, job fair, seminar, etc.2. Recruiting personnel according to the approved plan:• Clarify recruitment requirements (vacancies, number of vacancies, requirements for positions), post recruitment notices• Posting, searching for candidates who meet the number of applications for interviewing• Summarize the interview results, implement the procedures for signing and signing for approval of recruitment results• Notify the interview results to the candidates, follow the admission procedure: health check, offer letter.• Updating the candidate information on the recruitment management software, managing the candidate profile (successful and not admitted)3. Make reports on recruitment results periodically:• Making reports on the results of creating a recurring recruitment source (year / quarter /month / week)• Making report to propose new recruitment plan, improving the drawbacks to raise employee satisfaction.• Build recruitment process, process of implementing plans.4. Building and maintaining Employee Relation Project• Participate in exit interview to find out reasons why employees leave company.• Build and propose improvements to reduce turnover rate of employee.5. Building and managing Facebook Official: design picture, create content and manager fanpage, group member 6. Other tasks as assigned by Manager: reasonable adjustment of bus routes; open new bus routes; advertising activities, following candidates, follow candidates of supplier, etc.
