Residing in Laos, I am a Vietnamese Holistic Health Coach, a solo-entrepreneur, author, and project manager of various volunteer and non-profit initiatives dedicated to children's health and women's well-being.Until now, I have archived:Over 2000 coaching hours.Over 600 learners.When I graduated in 2017 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN, US), the field of “health coaching” didn’t exist in Laos. Since then, I guided and educated hundreds of clients and thousands of learners to improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.I have conducted training sessions for numerous organizations and companies in Laos, including Sacombank Lao, Vietinbank Lao, MB Lao, Lanexang Assurance Public Company, Muong Thanh Vientiane Luxury Hotel, Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Vietnamese Embassy in Lao PDR.Since the initial printing of 5000 copies of my book 'Mẹ là Doctor Chef' (meaning 'Doctor Chef Mom') in hard copy in Vietnam in 2019, I have gone on to publish several books on Google Play Books. These include the English version of 'Doctor Chef Mom,' 'Time Wo-Management,' 'When Behind the Steering Wheel Are Women,' and 'Stories of the Min Mi Family.'"In 2021, I co-founded LalaDAY with Ada Le, a Master sexpert and Health Coach partner, to help women in sexual empowerment and relationship for their well-being.
