Currento acquires specific knowledge of Army mobilization training requirements specified by FORCSOM Pre-Deployment Training Guidance (PDTG), Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) and Joint Information Management Systems (JTIMS).o produces operational orders for detailing all Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) planning events and training requirements for completion prior to arriving at Mobilization Force Generation Instillation (MFGI).o reviews Exercise Manning Document (ESMD) to identify over 140 roles, training enablers, Theater Subject Matter Experts (TSME) and Observer Coach / Trainer (OC/T) to design a realistic exercise.o submits various memorandums requesting support from division level to FORSCOM for all ESMD vacancies that surpassed manpower limitations in support of the culminating training exercise (CTE).o manages and executes all Mobilizations request for aviation units identified for deployment and training at the Ft. Hood TX.o requests training equipment, coordinates training enabler and develops continuity using Knowledge Management systems (KM).o performs as liaison with Installation Transportation Officer (ITO) and Division Transportation Office (DTO) to deconflict STRAT-Air dates ensuring movement requirements do not overlap with deployment exercise validation.o mentors deploying units to develop a concept of sustainment to ensure self-sufficiency at Fort Hood during their post-mobilization timeframe.o identifies training deficiencies and resource facilities, training areas, classes of supply to support deployment operations at Fort Hood.o prepares briefing and other materials for in-progress reviews (IPRs) including weekly mobilization, plans/exercise (PLEX), and logistical synchronization meetings.o produces presentation material, plans and executes Multi Component Joint Assessment (MCJA) for a Combat Aviation Brigade.o produces all orders and coordinates travel to focus brigade staff efforts for all JELC events.
