Current➤ Coverage Analytics and Visualization on Map (High volume Coverage Data, GIS Data, Analytics, Visualizations, BD Map).➤ ROBIFI (based on Network Coverage, GIS Data analysis make FWA Automation).➤ Robi Customer KQI data analysis making CEI (Customer Experience Index), Network poor Cell prediction and escalation.➤ High Volume Alarm Data analytics, anomaly detection (like False Alarm identification, Overlap Alarm)➤ Robi power/energy data report ( ex: Power Consumption, Battery Backup, Grid Availabilty, vendor provided PG (Portable Generator) data validation, DGRH report, GRID Prediction etc.)➤ Making AI tools to predict network KPI anomaly data and automatic escalation.➤ Customer Complain Data analysis, automatic Escalation.➤ Network Parameter Data (both Ericsson and Huawei) Anomaly Detection, automatic escalation and automatic resoulotion using python, CLI command execution.➤ Developing and maintaining ETL, ELT processes using python scrpits to move different types of data (structured, semi structured and unstructured) from various systems to the data warehouse.➤ Process TX, Radio data and transfer this data to meet regulatory (BTRC, NTMC) requirements.➤ Creating data models and send data analytics reports (visually) through automail (using Python, SQL) so that user can take decision easily.➤ Working with highly volume data and provide Data Lake solution, dataingestion, query optimization, data pipeline, data visualization etc.➤ Work with Multinational Vendor (Huawei, Ericsson etc) to onboard the highly technological software through proper security investigation.
