I remember putting on the Google Cardboard, back in its early days, and being drawn to the potential of Virtual Reality (VR). The initial spark from the Google Cardboard has since evolved into a profound appreciation for VR, leading me to delve deeper into VR's multifaceted applications across various industries. For five years, I have worked at the intersection of its boundless applications from working at esteemed institutions like Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, navigating the intricacies of defense projects, developing special education resources during COVID-19, and infusing creativity into the indie game studios of Copenhagen. Through my last project at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, I delved into the exciting convergence of VR and Artificial Intelligence (AI), uncovering boundless opportunities for innovation in human-computer interaction.Harnessing both AI and Extended Reality (XR), I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture. Founding DevMindVR, I took a special education tool from concept to reality to craft an experience that was not only innovative but deeply human.
