I lead the Integrated Evidence Delivery and Labs arm of Medidata AI (a Dassault Systemes company) serving life sciences clients through a combination of advanced analytics that generate insights from large clinical data pools as well as software & technology that connect Clinical Trial and Real World Data. A large focus of my team is in prototyping, refining, and then scaling the implementation of newly developed tools and products in the clinical data space. My current role encompasses 4 main aspects:1) Piloting and at-scale rollout of new AI, advanced analytics, and software solutions - both insight and software driven2) Overseeing the implementation of advanced analytics engagements by data science and delivery teams that use a range of Machine Learning and conventional statistical tools to interrogate large clinical data sets (AdaM, SDTM, Claims, EMR / EHR)3) People leadership and team building, including leading high-performing, multi-layer organizations4) Building institutional capability and processes to deliver insights and technology solutions at scalePreviously at McKinsey, I served clients in the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device spaces on a range of strategy, portfolio, and commercial topics - including Market Entry, Therapeutic Area strategy, Go-To-Market, Market Access, and Portfolio Optimization. I also played 'business <> analytics translator' role for insight generation in life sciences across these topics.
