I believe that ideas are worthless until you do something about it. My mission is to empower others to live the life they actually want to live. I do this through public speaking, writing books and coaching.I have overcome a debilitating depression that took over my life after having children. I know what it feels like to have no dreams, goals or energy to even try. Everything changed when I discovered the tools I needed to heal and get out of my funk.
