- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. Extensive experience with help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Zendesk
- Familiarity with Active directory, DNS, DHCP and other networking concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Experience with remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer and remote desktop connection
- Extensive experience with help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Zendesk
