Senior System Engineer
Current• Provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner• Log, track, and prioritize support tickets using ServiceNow• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and system backups• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues• Create user documentation and provide training to improve user understanding of technology resources• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve it infrastructure.• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data and assets.• Monitored desktops / servers and network for 100% uptime with various monitoring tools.• Maintained an on-call rotation to provide afterhours support for their production environments.• Maintenance of user accounts, group assignments, disk space, printing, and other Server issues.• Log monitoring/maintenance and H/W troubleshooting. • Providing troubleshooting steps for clients through phone and e-mail support. Preparation of daily report regarding domains and its issues. Knowledge on linux using cpanel for e-mails.
