The materials are kept at their designated place. Right Location Board. The minimum inventory level ( FM/SM/03/00) are maintained for Raw materials & reviewed every quarter. Materials are consumed on first in first out (FIFO) basis. The store personnel to put month wise stickers on all material in store mentioning the GRN number for better identification. The store incharge to physically review the items in stock at the end of the month. Surprise audit to be carried out once in four months. The items will be issued to the respective departments after receiving the Store issue In case of paper issue, the store keeper issues Paper issue slip to the paper cutting machine man. In case, any issued items are to be returned back to the stores for any reason from any area, it must be accepted through Store return slip. The store will also take note of any repeat item to be issued for the same job for the purpose of cost of quality. End of each month the store keeper will give list of Slow/Non moving stock to the Director In charge. After confirmation the ordered material is recorded by security in the Inward register. All incoming materials are to be unloaded only after getting approval from QC department. Proper Invoice of supplier (mentioning our PO number) The approved material is unloaded under the supervision of the store in charge. To put stickers on each material. The Material Rejection Note is submitted in Accounts, who then makes a sale return to the supplier. Working as store in charge in entry in to inward registrar & documentation. Receive the rejected material with scrap note form inward register /in house process. Maintaining material inward and outward record. Material receiving, issuing and inventory controls. Daily entry of issue slips.
