• Handling documentation (Pre & Post shipment) as per Letter of credit Export Import. • Appointment of Inspection agency & coordination with them for inspection of material. • Coordination with Shipping Lines, forwarder and CHA for timely and cost effective shipment.• Finalizing of ocean freight with forwarder and shipping lines and coordinating with them form Bill of Lading as per letter of credit. • Generate the purchase order and sales orders in REP System. • Coordinating with supplier and buyers for smooth and timely flow of shipment in overseas and domestic Market. • Handling suppliers and procure the material from them as per plant requirement and as per buyer requirement. • Searching suppliers and analyzing their potential, capabilities and market value. • Developing the new buyers and suppliers in domestic and overseas marketing. • Co-ordination and execution of export and Import consignment.• Maintain of MIS reports and records Data Bank.
