Downer utilities had joint Venture with Icon Water in Canberra, ACT.I worked on Major Upgrades Projects at Mt. Stromlo Water Treatment Plant, Googong Dam and Googong Water Treatment plantMain Responsibilities:•Engineering and Project Management for Electrical and Instrumentation works which includes; HV and LV system, MCC, Main Distribution boards, PLC-SCADA, UPS, Field distribution Input/output panels, Chlorination system, HVAC system, security and access control system, fire and occupant warning system, Street lighting upgrade, pumps, VSDs;•Preparation and review of tender and contract packages for subcontractors and external design consultants;•Liaise with concerned authorities (ACTPLA, NCA, Queanbeyan City Councils, Palerang Council, TAMS) for DA approval;•Management of different subcontractors (Civil, Building works, Security and access control system, electrical, mechanical works, HVAC, Fire) with strict adherence to design and OHS Procedures;•Preparation of different work packages and responsible for planning and execution of work packages as per program;•Preparation of Scope of works, different contract agreement based on Australian standards •Preparation of ITP’s, Quality assurance documentation, SQE (Safety, Quality and Environmental ) plans as per Alliance SQE Procedures;•Coordination with ACTEW Water treatment branch, Operation Branch and Asset management team for safe design and project execution

NATURE OF DUTIES:•Driving and encouraging safety leadership behaviour and ensuring work practices and procedures are in accordance with the Client requirements and procedures •Managing planning, programming activities to ensure the most efficient use of resources and the completion of the project in accordance with safety, environmental, specification, design and contract requirements. •Production of forecast and reports that accurately reflects the current status of the project. •Administer and manage subcontractors to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements. •Providing engineering support to the commercial and construction teams to facilitate the construction process. •Providing support in construct ability review. •Ongoing monitoring and reporting of work progress. •Directing interfacing with the construction crews to collect data on information required for cost reporting and forecasting. •Actively supporting construction activity through the effective monitoring of materials delivery, making sure that design deliverable match final product delivered on site for construction. •Interfacing with suppliers on items necessary in support of project deliverable. •Interfacing with internal and external procurement personnel to ensure the onsite delivery of equipment and materials in support of project deliverable. •Supporting the site construction crews with understanding of work packages. •Validating work packages against scope and design. •Supporting engineering in the resolution of queries in relation to work packages through effective interface with the Site Engineers

Project :Palm-Jumeriah Shore Line Apartments & Club Houses (Hotel suites)NATURE OF DUTIES•With compliance to British Standards, IEC and as per regulation of DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) supervising the installation of LV Panels (Main distribution boards (MDB), Sub main distribution boards (SMDB) and termination of all Motor control circuits (Fire pumps, domestic water pumps, Exhaust fans, Chilled water pumps, lift panels etc) Bus Bars, Raceway and cable routing by cable trays, trunking etc. Laying and termination of Power cables to the LV panels, Generator, frequency drives, Laying and termination of low current cables for CCTV, Public Address and Voice Alarm system, Audio and Video intercom, Card Access system, EIB System(Intelligent lighting control system),Central battery system, Fire alarm system, lightning protection and Earthing.•Handling the Testing and commissioning of all the systems listed above.•Raising RFI (Request for Inspection) to consultant Engineers for Site Inspection/Material Inspections.•Modification in Designs & Preparation of workshop drawings and as built drawings.•Meetings with Client and Consultants.•Managing Skilled and Unskilled workers

BSES Rajhdhani Power Ltd (BRPL) is a power distribution company under Reliance Energy LTD (REL).BRPL has joint venture with Govt. Of N.C.T of New Delhi (India) to distribute power in West Delhi.NATURE OF DUTIES•Supervision and follow up all the activities in laying of Cables.• Load forecasting, breakdown and maintenance.•Site supervision before giving Energy meters connection to the consumers.• Handling all complaints regarding the burnt, faulty, new connection for single phaseAnd three phase Energy meters.•Reconnection order (RO) and Disconnection order (DO) for single and three phase Energy meters.Project accomplished in BSES Rajdhani power Ltd.Meter Modernization Program It involved the replacement of the electrostatic energy meters to electronic energy meters to smoothen the Power distribution by preventing Tampering of energy meters and power theft, which leads to energy conservation.
