1} My role involves handling the complete Recruitment Cycle Business Sector Expansion, Client Introduction & Interaction, Company Structuring, Competitors mapping, etc..2} Handling a team of 14 members, in which 1 Delivery Head, 1 Business Manager,1 Training Manager, 2-Assistant managers, 1 HR Executive, and 8 recruiters.3} Looking after entire Branch, Business Development and delivery part.4} Good Knowledge of standard and latest Hiring trends in the, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Hospitals, Insurance, Automobiles, Textiles, Manufacturing, Travels, KPO, BPO, Industries.5} Support the teams in sourcing, recruiting and closing open positions.6} Driving the team to reach the desired targets.7} Experience in Business Operations with exposure to Recruitment, i.e. Business Development, Client Servicing & Team Management.8} Responsible for business model, growth and performance of the company.9} Formulating & bench marking functional best practices to focus on development of process to meet present and future goals and mission set by the organization.10} Accountable for New client acquisition, Client Management and Service Delivery.11} Bridging the communication gap between the company and the clients if any to retain the clients and bring in more repeat business.12} Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.13} Also looking after Billing and Agreements process formalities.14} Ensuring consistent inflow of quality as well as quantity business for the Organization.1) Business Generation.2) Client Handling.3) Revenue Generation.4) Generating New Clients and Strengthens existent Clients.5) Team Handling.6) Campus Recruitment.7) Senior Level Recruitment.8) Industry Mapping.9) Campus Hiring.10) Recruitment Training.
