• Handling customers Issues via letters, emails & calls in Accounts receivable process providing effective solution catering client’s respective issues.• Reconciliations of the customer's accounts.• Applying the payments to customer's accounts.• Working on refund issues.• Extracting reports daily and distributing amongst the team.• Researching cheques sent by customers and applying to the correct customer account.• Verifying, if all suspense and rejected payments have been posted accurately.• Making refunds to customers.• Writing off payments received prior to one year.• Returning cheque back to the customers in case of insufficient funds, Invalid Banking Information, Closed Accounts, Stop Payment, etc• Caring our assigned work to meet TAT daily.
