Involved in Full Cycle IT Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, formatting and placing personnel in the Information Technology industry throughout the United States.• Developing own relationships with vendors, creating and maintaining resume database, applicant interviews, reference checks, client/employee relations, employee pay rates, client-billing rates.• Sourcing through techniques such as Internet access, networking third party vendors.• Conducting phone and in-person interviews for consultants. Coordinating interview schedules for consultants.• Work closely with recruitment staff and internal team to insure clear requirements definition and specific recruitment focus meets our clients' expectations.• Coordinated and assisted in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation.• Responsible for placement consultant and other vendor/client agreement copies.• Effectively recruited IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment.• Manage third-party vendors.• Placed consultants on C2C, W2 and 1099• Rate negotiation / and scheduling interviews with Client. Sourced potential consultants through personal database, Internet resources, referrals and job fairs for positions.• Sourcing the resumes through Job Portals as well as through preferred vendors.• Regular Interaction and follow up with already placed consultants.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to manage stress, time and people effectively• Exclusively involved in searching resumes on Web Technology by implementing online process on Internet. • Involved in Search Operations on websites like Dice, Net-temps, and Monster and Computer jobs.• Involved online with US req. to find exact match of consultants through searching on various online job boards.
