Supervising internal audit fieldwork carried out by team of qualified staff and ensure that all working papers are comprehensive and supports internal audit findings;Carry out risk assessment to identify key risk and controls of various processes;Carry out engagements where management suspects possible fraud;Review internal audit reports to ensure that internal audit findings are appropriately articulated;Present internal audit reports before audit committees;Schedule and attend exit meetings to manage and resolve conflicts with Senior Management to address their concerns and reservations in engagement reports;Identify and realize opportunities and ideas to provide value to the audit firm and client;Conducts preliminary survey and prepare & communicate the Risk Control Matrix for various functions to the team members; Prepare cost budget for each engagement and monitor the actual cost remain within the budget estimate; Providing leadership and direction to designated team;Involved in developing Investment Manual for an Investment Company;Involved in developing Financial Institution Policy for one of the prestigious bank; and Involved in reviewing the effectiveness of the Board of the Company.
