McKlaren Retail Pty Ltd Accountant I was using Myob Account Right Accounting Software.Responsibilities:• Sorting Bank Feeds. Setting up of rules on Myob for automatic bank feeds.• Bank reconciliations at the end of the month.• Reconciling daily sales at the end of the month, Eftpos money, Banking and keeping a record of all the credit cards used by various Managers during the month. • Entering all the purchases into MYOB for claiming correct GST from ATO in the correct calculation of BAS. Matching all the invoices with the statements.• Prepare management reports related to accounts payable, receivables, sales, wastage and profitability every fortnight for all the sites.• Manual filing systems and other duties as assigned• Preparation of summaries, data sorting in Excel.• Responding to all the E mails.• Drafting new procedures to be followed by the Service station Managers.• Making the BAS ready to be lodged every month.• Running an integration process of all the Caltex (Caltex Strabo’s Integration) and Puma (Ozbiz Solutions an Accounting Integration Specialist) sites on weekly basis to import the data from the back office computers into Myob.• Generating monthly GST summaries for each site separately at the end of the month
