 Ensuring all activities for Quality Management: System, process and product. Manages the System audits for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 with the Certification bodies. Planning and conducting internal audits and MRM and ensuring all non-conformities and actions are completed within the targets. Responsible for submission of PPAP documents to Customers and approval. Reviewing the PPAP submitted by the supplier and feedback to them for improvements. Trouble shooting and submitting 8Ds to customers for customer complaints. Cooperates with the Management and Human Resources regarding training needs in the company and conducting appropriate trainings to employees. Maintains a direct communication channel with the Management and updating periodically regarding the performance of the System and regarding eventual needs for improvement. Cooperates with the Purchase Deptt, in qualifying, monitoring and development of the suppliers, approving also the planning of the audits. Technical assistance to suppliers and ensuring corrective actions. Support to supplier for new parts developments from initial to the final stage. Perform supplier facility survey and provide support for supplier Quality Systems improvements.

 Ensuring Quality throughout the New Product Development Process. Responsible for submission of PPAP documents to Customers and handed over to Regular Quality. Establishing the Quality Standard to ensure the defect free parts are produced. Reviewing the PPAP submitted by the supplier and feedback to them for improvements. Trouble shooting and submitting 8D to customers for customer complaints. Training to assembly associates for new parts assembly and Quality Standard process. Conducting training on PPAP documentation to engineers.
