Responsible for managing the entire account activities, including team management, training new hires, supporting, motivating and helping team members to obtain common business objectives.- Managing the team members to make sure the relevant requirements are posted in the VMS and helping them manage and identify the potential clients in the U.S. market, deal with the client accounts and day to day activities.- Client relations – issue resolution: Ensuring response to any issues due to bad deliveries, non-performance, and other service related issues. - Business development through cold calling & account management - break into target accounts and manage accounts once established.- Responsible for selling Aim's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Technical professionals. Work closely with a team of recruiters, motivate and direct their efforts in relation to client's needs.- Extensive experience in full life cycle of IT staffing and recruiting with flexibility and ability to multi-task. - Experience with Contractual, Contract to Hire and Permanent positions and various types such as W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.- Searching the new prime vendor clients.- Search for the candidates from Job portals. - Negotiating & finalizing salary/rate aspects on W2, 1099, Corp-Corp with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders.- Manage all contracts in IT staffing agency as well as interview and screen candidates.- Setup an interview with the client, prepare the consultant, coordinating with the client and consultant and follow-up till the final feedback.- Consistently meet goals and saving expenses to company through reduced cost per hire.- Sign the Purchase Order with help of Senior management and make the final deal with the client. - Complete all the documentation at the time of closure.- Marketing the candidates on bench across the U.S. by using DICE postings, searching jobs on DICE, Tech-Fetch, online search engines, existing client database.
