After working with Commercial Tax Department , U.P. (now named State Tax) for ~33 years, I retired in 2022 from the post of Member, Commercial Tax Tribunal. During service, I did a lot of anti-evasion work, adjudication & judicial work. At the time of adapting GST, I conducted seminars under the banner of NACEN & Commercial Tax Officers' Institute , with various Stake Holders including Taxation Officers, Tax practitioners as well as various business groups.
