Accounts and Finance -• Managing day-to-day accounting functions and handling of Accounts, Finance and Recovery team.• Finalization of accounts, co-ordinate with company’s Auditor for Audit, preparation of annual financial reports, tax audit report, notes to accounts, working for income tax liability of company and individuals.• MIS reports, Monthly profitability working, Funds management, Budgeting & reporting to the Directors.• Follow-up to customers and clients for recovery. • Budgeting and planning of funds and suppliers payments including outward remittances. • Imports management and Custom clearance of Shipments.• Handling Bank Operations, Liaison with Bank for Working capital and Term loan facilities.• Inventory management, record keeping, verification and valuation.Taxation and Statutory work -• GST working, payments, filing of monthly returns and annual returns. • Projections for Advance Tax, Advance Tax working and payments.• TDS working, payment, filing of quarterly TDS returns and generation of form 16 and 16A.• Communication and co-ordination with Auditors, consultants, assessing officers of various departments like Income Tax, TDS, GST, VAT, CST, PF, ESI, PT for assessments and Statutory requirements.• Co-ordinate with Company Secretary for preparing for annual returns, resolutions, General and Board Meetings, all the formalities and compliance as per company act 2013.Administration and HR -• Handling of Accounts and Finance team.• Strategic Planning for Marketing with Directors and Handling of Marketing team.• Employee attendance, Salary processing, PF, ESI working. • Appointment and resignation procedure of employee.• Preparation, renewal and claim of various Insurance policies.• Preparation of various types of Agreements and registrations with Registrar.• Working of Gratuity premium and Claim.

• Sales order booking, sales billing, and entries in Tally in respect of sales, purchase, payments, and receipts. Checking of raw material inward. Preparation of processing, packing and dispatch reports.
