Business Development Manager
CurrentMindfire CyberDefence & Cloud Solutions (CDCS) provides a range of cybersecurity and Cloud services and solutions to Middle East clients. Mindfire has secured many clients in the Government and Critical National Infrastructure sectors and is now ready to capitalize on this success in the Middle East, with a strong focus on the UAE & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.• Own all plans, strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals• Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts & KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting & strategic planning.• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Key accounts to promote existing solutions awareness while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction• Advise on best strategy to retain long-term client relationships by understanding the client strategy and business needs and growth vision• Validate the company's strategic priorities with regards to the objective of maintaining and strengthening positioning within key accounts, ensure maximum number of our service offering are pushed to the client• Contribute to increase of our products usage by existing clients and ensure maximum of services are pushed to existing & new customers• Regularly liaise with key client stakeholders to ensure client advocacy & satisfaction on delivered services• Ensure adherence on expected performance levels, and proactively identifying new requirements, becomes the real Advisor to the account and connects at C level & Board to ensure maximum success• Contribute to the company's profitability by managing account profitability and performance targets by identification of opportunities for Sales & associated teams• Act as a trusted advisor & continuously grow customer account across all targeted companies• Able to support the client in their Digital Transformation journey by becoming their partner
