As a People Development Intern, I am responsible to :Training :- Create a Training Need Analysis (TNA) form and process the results- Finding and contacting vendors to meet the company's training needs- Assist in the process of running the online and offline training (directing participants, providing Pre-test, Post-test, attendance forms and evaluation forms)- Coordinate and visit vendors for the implementation of Company GatheringPerformance Management:- Conduct 360 degree asessment for employees- Sending reminder emails and following up with users regarding employee appraisal- Assist in the creation of organizational structure drawings- Assist in processing employee dataAssessment:- Scoring Papikostick test results for more than 350 employees and recapitulating the test results- Assist in the process of making Talent Review- Looking for vendors / consultants to conduct employee assessments in the company

As an HR intern, my main responsibilities are :- Input, revise and manage employee data in HRIS- Conduct research to create material and design the material to be uploaded to Instagram

FUSI is a religion based organization that has a role in promoting the goodness of religion in the faculty with various interesting work programs. Orientasi Kehidupan Kampus Universitas Indonesia (OKK UI) is a program filled with structured events as a form of introduction and adaptation for first year freshmans (new students) at the university. Collaborating with various faculty religious institutions, I am responsible for the main event, especially on managing the prayer procedure amongst approximately 8000 freshmans.
