Passionate about public health and rural development, I bring nearly 15 years of experience driving impactful healthcare and WASH initiatives across public and private sectors. As a Program Coordinator at FRHS India, I lead three divisions in East UP, expanding services and strengthening partnerships to enhance access to sterilization and other health services. I also oversee HR, finance, and procurement, ensuring seamless support for both public and private partners.My career has been marked by a commitment to building stronger, healthier communities through innovative programs and strategic partnerships. With IPAS, I contributed to an adolescent reproductive health initiative, focusing on post-abortion contraception awareness and grassroots data collection. In Project Yuwa-Wajood, I led a team of youth educators working to improve adolescent health literacy in collaboration with local health teams.I spent seven years with Abt Associates, where I partnered with organizations like Hindustan Unilever and ITC to increase healthcare access through product development, marketing strategies, and distribution models. My team consistently exceeded sales targets, driving the uptake of essential products such as condoms, ORS, and sanitary pads in rural areas. Additionally, I successfully implemented microfinance-backed distribution models, achieving monthly sales targets for sustainable biomass cook stoves.Now, I’m dedicated to amplifying the voice of our programs through storytelling and media outreach, managing communications channels, and leading impactful campaigns. I also support our fundraising team, crafting compelling proposals to secure resources for continued growth.
