I currently handle the Corporate and Retail Training division as the Director - Training Services. This role allows me to integrate my extensive motorsports experience with automotive benchmarking services, offering cutting-edge training programs to both corporate clients and retail enthusiasts.

Passionate about motorcycles and motorsports since my college days, I founded India's first two-wheeler racing academy in 2010, alongside a few like-minded friends. Our primary focus was to promote two-wheeler racing as a viable sports career.Initially established as a non-profit organization, we aimed to create a platform for aspiring racers to hone their skills and pursue their dreams. Balancing this venture with my corporate responsibilities at a multinational company, I dedicated my free time to growing and nurturing the academy.In 2016, recognizing the potential and demand for structured racing programs, I transitioned the academy into a full-fledged commercial venture. This shift allowed us to expand our offerings, invest in better resources, and reach a wider audience of motorsport enthusiasts.Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, we have contributed significantly to the motorsports community, helping numerous riders achieve their racing aspirations.In addition to my role with the academy, I have also nurtured a career as a motorsports consultant, specializing in both sporting and technical aspects. Since 2017, I have acquired multiple FIM international licenses, including:Clerk of the Course & StewardSenior Technical Steward (acquired in 2024)Chief Technical Scrutineer with the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI)Key Achievements:Successfully transitioned from a non-profit to a commercial venture.Established comprehensive training programs for aspiring racers.Fostered a community of motorsports enthusiasts and professionals.Acquired FIM international licenses, enhancing my expertise in motorsport management and technical oversight.My journey in motorsports has been driven by passion and a vision to make a lasting impact on the industry. I began my career at Hewlett Packard in 2004 as a Commercial Compliance Officer. Over the course of 12 years, I held various roles across the APJ region, EMEA, and the Americas, with a primary focus on the ISO 2700X certification program for multiple delivery and sales centers. My responsibilities included managing internal IS compliance at client locations through comprehensive audit and compliance programs.During my tenure, I developed a robust understanding of global compliance standards and cultivated strong skills in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. My commitment to excellence ensured that our centers consistently met and exceeded industry standards, shore up our reputation for reliability and integrity.After 12 years of dedicated service, I decided to pursue my passion for motorsports management, transitioning to a new and exciting chapter in my career.

I am in this role since December 2007. I am currently responsible for Information Security & Compliance for the entire business line of HP Outsourcing service and also lead the ISO 27001 certification initiative for HP Global Deliveries (ITO & GSD) and Service centers in India
