With an education in agriculture, some may think my career path into tile and ceramics rather odd. But, as Steve Jobs said, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle.” Originally from India, I educated farmers on better ways to conserve moisture, find methods to prevent erosion and explored advanced technologies in the husbandry and production of animals and plants. But I wanted a better way of life for my family and myself where there would be no disparity, equal rights and a country where we wouldn’t fear for our safety. Immigrating to Canada, my family and I have a new life, new careers and a wealth of opportunities. At Tile Town, I like everything there is to do with my job.
