Anil is an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in the field of ecosystem enabling and startup evangelism. He currently holds the position of General Manager at IIT Mandi Catalyst. Catalyst is Himachal Pradesh's first Technology Business Incubator (TBI). Strongly backed by the Central Government and State Government, Catalyst strives to incubate technology-based start-ups focused on economic and/or social impacts. Throughout his career, Anil has built a reputation as a skilled team builder, networker, market researcher, product roadmap expert, and Strategist for Incubators in Planning and Management and Startup Ecosystem Enabler.Anil supported/mentored 10+ Institutes to set up their Incubation centers across the country. He has a deep understanding of entrepreneurship development, comprehensive business training programs, strategic partnerships, and regulatory compliance.Anil brings a wealth of experience to his current role, having previously served as AGM- Operations at Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH and as Hub Manager at Innov8. Over the past 7 years, he has enabled the startup journey of over 250 startups as an incubation professional. He is well-networked with venture capitalists, angel investors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.Anil is also actively connected with Government organizations such as Atal Innovation Mission, Startup India, Invest India, Agni, the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). Furthermore, he has also worked with various state government stakeholders. With his extensive experience and connections in the startup ecosystem, Anil is well-positioned to drive the growth and success of the startups incubated at IIT Mandi Catalyst.
