I have transitioned to the role of Director of Business development and Taxation, where I oversee accounting and taxation while also spearheading business development activities. I am responsible for onboarding new clients and spearheading innovative marketing campaigns to enhance our market presence.

As a Senior Accountant, I oversaw my team's accounting work for clients across the USA, Australia, the UK, and other regions, ensuring accuracy and quality before submission. My focus was on ensuring every deliverable was thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and error-free. I took charge of preparing US tax returns, onboarding new clients, and setting up streamlined processes for smooth transitions to the team.Additionally, I managed administrative responsibilities, supported new hires, collaborated with the social media team on content strategy, and organized training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

I was working in this firm as an Article Assistant after completing CA IPCC. I worked and learned about various fields Such as 1. Accounting2. Various Auditing(Internal, Bank, Statutory & Tax), 3. Income tax return Preparation, 4. Preparing MIS reports and Projections. These were some of the tasks I learned and worked on during my time at Jain P.C. and Associates. Apart from these technical skills, It also gave me exposure to the Practical world and how things are done here, It taught me patience, time management and also helped me to prepare for my CA Final.
