Anindya Mitra is an experienced Delivery Leader with 25+ years of global IT experience. He started his career as a Technical consultant in SAP after completing his MBA. In his career, he has been part of a number of large global SAP transformation programs in various Fortune 500 companies. He is recognized as a top talent and key leader in his organization enabling him to move to the executive rank. He is one of the pioneers in starting the remote delivery in SAP in his organization. He has vast experience in setting up and managing large delivery teams at offshore for global SAP implementation programs. He has set up global delivery teams for multiple clients and successfully delivered large volume of work from offshore.He is vastly experienced in managing large multi-cultural teams spread across different geographical locations. He is considered as a subject matter expert in managing template design and build for large SAP programs. He also has the experience of global rollout of SAP and custom build solutions across various countries. He has been supporting his clients in their journey on Digital Transformation. Apart from SAP, he has extensively worked in the areas of cloud migration, automation and AI. He is well versed with the Distributed Agile framework and used it in his projects. He has an US patent awarded to him.He has extensive experience in competency and talent development. He was the SAP Practice Area leader in India. As part of this role, he was responsible for hiring and retaining talent, skill development, HR and people management for more than 2000 employees in his practice area. His industry experience is primarily in Consumer Products industry where he has worked with global clients for almost 15 years. He has also worked with clients in Travel and Transportation industry for the 5 years.He was also the center city location head in his previous organization where there are more than 7000 employees. As part of the center head role, he is responsible for ensuring seamless operations across various business functions. He is well known in the IT community in his city as he represents his organization in various chambers including CII, NASSCOM, Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Association of American Companies. He has also presented in seminars organized by these associations.In his current role as Partner in Innoverv, Anindya is leading the Innoverv.Tech vertical which provides SAP S/4 Hana implementation services to various clients around the world.
