I am currently a PhD student hosted at Human Technopole, advised by Dr. Florian Jug. My PhD Program is affiliated with the Faculty of Computer Science at the Technische Universität Dresden where I am a PhD candidate in Computer Science. Broadly speaking, my work involves the application of AI in bioimage analysis. More specifically, I am investigating different bioimage restoration and analysis techniques using multiresolution frequency analysis, deep learning, and diffusion models.I graduated with an M.Eng. degree in 2018 from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan, in the area of Computer Vision & Deep Learning, advised by Professor Jun Sato and co-advised by Associate Professor Fumihiko Sakaue where I investigated the sequential nature of information flow inside a deep neural network using LSTMs. I worked as a computer vision researcher at Hitachi, Ltd.
