During my internship at Mahkamah Syariah Tapah, I was involved in various tasks that enhanced my understanding of the legal processes within the Syariah court system. My key responsibilities included:• Customer Service: provided assistance to clients by guiding them through court procedures, answering inquiries, and ensuring they understood the necessary steps in their legal cases. This experience sharpened my communication and interpersonal skills.•Office Management: managed administrative tasks such as organizing case files, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. This role required attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.•Documentation and Filing: I was responsible for preparing and organizing legal documents, ensuring that all paperwork was accurately completed and filed according to the court's standards. This taught me the importance of precision and confidentiality in legal documentation.•Use of Software Tools: gained proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which I used to create reports, manage data, and present information effectively.This internship provided me with valuable insights into the workings of the Syariah legal system and strengthened my ability to manage both client interactions and administrative responsibilities.
