Trading area of 50000 sq. ft. with turnover of above INR165Crores annually, team size of 600 employees of both direct payroll,outsourced and brand promoters.. Structuring operational budget and providing comprehensivepurchase, marketing, warehousing and promotional support tomaximize revenue generation in the midst of competitive businessscenario. Plano gram and category layout are also part of myresponsibility handling.• Recruiting, training and engaging qualified people to man variousjob slots.
