Provide transaction reports biweekly. • Develop and maintain communication and excellent working relationship with Payroll and Personnel Support Services colleagues. • Overseas data entry and verification of HR and payroll information, the firm's employee database.• Ensure processing information is maintained in logical.• Recruit, interview and hire qualified candidates.

Account Reconciliation Monitoring and Management: •Manage team responsible for performing daily reconciliation of Cash, Money Market and Foreign Exchange Accounts. •Analyze daily exception report of Cash and Money Market Accounts and perform quarterly variance analysis. Ensure Monthly Reconciliations are completed as per the Critical to Quality Standards. •Communicate variances to Operations for the resolution and timely escalate unresolved variances to the Operations Head/Senior Management. Monitor process sigma levels and produce dashboards for reporting. •Develop finance requirements that minimize complexity and enhance or maintain financial controls. Provide support and documentation to the finance group, internal audit and/or external accountants.
