Negotiate with third party vendors on rate and contract related issues.• Source candidates through searches on the Internet, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network• Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy.• Good knowledge of the US laws for hiring IT professionals like (W2, 1099, Corp2Corp, Contract to Hire).• Responsible for fulfilling Information Technology Staff Augmentation need of our Clients.• Understanding Job requirements as per Clients needs in terms of skills/knowledge and expertise in specific area/domain pertaining to Financial, healthcare, Telecom and Information Technology and other domains.• Fetching profiles against requisitions. Through Available sources.• Evaluate Profiles, by screening candidates, checking their availability, negotiating Pay Rates.• Deep emphasis on different job portals such as Monster.com, Tech fetch, Career Builder etc to find active candidates.• Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards team work and commitment towards goals achievement.
