• Full cycle experience in sourcing and recruiting a top-notch candidate from limited pool in the market for various IT and Non-IT roles.• Proficient with current ATS (Avature, Taleo), VMS and Job boards (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and Indeed).• Screening resumes of the candidates in terms of their skills, background, and overall experience in the field.• Requirement handling, understanding job description and sourcing the right candidate with a great match.• Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates as per the client’s availability and acted as bridge between the client and the candidate.• Building recruiting reports on open requisitions, candidates in the offer stage, and pending starts.• Negotiating salaries and scheduling BGV.• Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Source and recruit candidates by using Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, etc.• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
