Key Assignments/ Initiatives: Handling the recruitment process from identifying candidates (through Job Portals and Recruitment agencies), short listing, interviewing to finalization. Carry out on-boarding & orientation practices for new employees. Engage in various activities that come in the realm of employee engagement and employee benefits. Preparation of Appointment letters, contract / agreements, Confirmations Letters, Full and Final Settlement letters, Exit Interviews, relieving letters, reimbursements etc. Performance Reviews / Appraisals and Incentive plan administration. Vendor Management / Facility Management / Office Maintenance / Lease Agreements Arranging the travel arrangement for Associates and Senior Management. Hotel bookings and car bookings/ rentals, office relocations, new office set ups. Preparing the client's and management itinerary.  Maintaining and updating leave balance cycle. Attendance management through biometrics and manually.  Handling Event management (Independence Day, Diwali parties, New year Managing employees' documentation (Both in hard copy as well as digital form).  Arranging CEO's conference meetings, undertaking the task assigned by them.  Updating the yearly calendar etc. Reporting to the Directors/Partner's of the company.
