Roles & Responsibilities ❖ Configuring VLAN & Inter – VLAN for customers. ❖ Troubleshooting & Configuration Network Connectivity ❖ Troubleshoot the issue faced by the customers and providing best path to reaching their destinations❖ Troubleshoot the AP (Access Point), SU (Subscriber Unit) and PC related issues. ❖ 24/7 Remote monitoring of network, Application related issues need to be monitored ❖ Good Communication skills and Coordination skills, Works well in both group and individual assignments. ❖ Playing the key role in handling the incidents and efficiently solving the incidents spontaneously Troubleshooting in Network: ❖ Troubleshooting the WAN and LAN related issues ❖ Responsible for remotely being access the network devices using Telnet and SSH to check the physical status, memory status, CPU utilization and to check the status of the various links (STM, DS, EOS, E1 links). ❖ Identifying the problematic Serial in their description for confirmation, and after confirming, next level troubleshoots as logging into Routers and Checking the logs and identifying the packet drops in the link description which connects from Sify source to destination. ❖ Problematic Installing and configuring client software’s on user’s machines and troubleshooting it whenever problem occurs. ❖ Identifying the problem in the Server, next level troubleshooting as logging into Servers and checking all parameters, disk space.
