CurrentDesignated person responsible for creating and implementing a sterile compounding training program for personnel and ensuring compounders, personnel who have direct oversight of compounders, and personnel who perform cleaning and disinfecting duties are initially trained and qualified by demonstrating knowledge and competency in maintaining the quality of the sterile compounding environment before being allowed to perform their job functions independentlyImplemented SoleSource Simplifi 797 including, but not limited to, creating sterile/non-sterile MFRs and personnel competencies in accordance with State inspections and USP standardsResponsible for scheduling and assigning RPh daily functions for 11 FTE RPh and 2 PRN RPh to facilitate seamless workflow and maximize efficiency with foresight to meet demand of prescription volume and provide support for internal pharmacy departments and our facilities
