As an independant contractor I serve as a business coach and an image consultant within the Direct Sales Industry, specifically the home based business sector. My primary mission is to serve as a catalyst in assisting clients and business partners with making their best first impression. Clients receive individualized consultations and assessments that serve to improve and enhance personal and professional imaging. Business partners are trained and coached in building strong and profitable businesses. Training includes but is not limited to professional branding, product knowledge, best practices, marketing, strategic planning and organization, and goal setting.

From 2001 to 2003, served offices within the state of Mississippi as the "go to person" for management and operations staff for all technically complex matters associated with the disability workload, particularly cases within the scope of Title XVI of the Social Security Act. In 2003, realm of responsibility was more centralized to a field office consisting of 60+ employess and management staff. Responsibilities expanded to include serving as a liasion between local management and operations staff in the control and processing of complex cases. Served as first point of contact with third parties, including but not limited to counselors, social workers, and attorneys, involved with disability case load. Facilitated local and statewide training workshops involving workload issues and practices. Trained and mentored new hires.

Initiated and processed disability claims under the guidelines of Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act. Trained new hires on a local and regional level. Conducted various workshops involving various aspects of workload processing to SSA employes locally and statewide. Represented the agency locally and within the state as workshop facilitator during conferences and workshops for the general public.
