• Quality management activities to meet compliance with TS16949, ISO9001 and Q1 requirements

• Managed the ‘Quality Assurance’ function for the entire operation. Ensured the Quality Management system to met the company’s stated quality policy to a certified TS16949, ISO14001 & Q1 system.
• Successfully led the Hallam and Campbellfield sites through 6 external TS16949 and ISO4001 audits within a 2 year period. Achieved 0 non-conformances across all of these.
• Developed and deployed ‘Built In Quality’ processes. Established this base on world-class manufacturing resulting in substantial reductions in PPM’s whilst meeting quality targets.
• Spearheaded numerous continuous and business improvement projects across systems, process and people. Worked with the business leadership team to address the requirement to source cost downs for operations whilst.

• Project managed the implementation of the TS16949/ISO9001 Quality system over a 10 month period. Partnered with Benchmark Quality Assurance to successfully deliver the system to drive operational and organisational.
