Chair, Public Health Committee
CurrentThe Public Health Committee is a national strategic policy and program committee operating on behalf of the Cancer Council Federation. The committee provides expert, evidence-based and strategic advice on public policy for improving cancer prevention and early detection. It also informs and supports Cancer Council Australia's and the Cancer Council Federation's advocacy strategy in relation to public health issues. Its work is informed by five expert subcommittees: - Skin Cancer- Tobacco Issues,- Nutrition, Alcohol and Physical Activity- Cancer Screening and Immunisation- Occupational and Environmental Cancer.
