Now in my midlife, I'm vividly aware that there is so much more life and it’s now time to make things happen. I know what it takes to make a great leap in life. I quit my corporate career to become a Yoga and Pilates instructor and founded Flex Body studio in Northbridge. It was a scary thing to do, but I’m so glad I did it. There is however, so much more to do.Midlife can be a time of immense change and transformation and I want to capture and share the types of conversations I have with friends and at the studio. I speak to experts each week to give you an entertaining and informative look at the things we’re all going through. From menopause to mindset, exercise to skincare – we tackle it all.

Teaching multiple Reformer and Mat Pilates classes per week creates an opportunity to directly support people to improve their strength & flexibility so they can feel the impact of regular exercise every day. I am passionate about supporting people to move every day so they can benefit from better sleep, make better food choices, reduce stress and live healthier, happier lives.
