Flex Body is your Health & Wellness Hub. With a beautiful studio in the heart of Northbridge we offer wide range of Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Barre classes to our community. In addition we are delighted to share our Flex Body @Work and Flex Body @Home options. We believe the power of community can help any workplace thrive and we bring a dose of wellness to bring teams together. By playing an integral role in the wellbeing of staff members, employers build greater loyalty, productivity and commitment. Flex Body @ Home offers an opportunity to access quality Livestream and Recorded classes, many of which are shorter in length so they can easily fit into the pockets of your day. A wealth of wellness tips are also available, with easy nutritious recipes for everyone to enjoy. Flex Body was created from a passion to help people live better, every day. A desire to bring the elements of Flexibility, Strength and Balance into everyone's lives, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. The understanding that when we feel physically stronger we project confidence and stand up for our ideas.
