- Shaped the Nigerian market supply of Malaria RDTs to facilitate RDT procurement and limit mark ups on purchases of Malaria test kits by forming a consortium of buyers amongst existing FLBs of Artemisinin-based Combination Therapy medicines in Nigeria and linking them to manufacturers of affordable, quality assured RDTs- Contributed to 90% and 93% Injectable artesunate use in reported severe malaria cases across Lagos and Ogun state respectively by coordinating the delivery of UNITAID donated injectable artesunate, training and supportive supervision of over 1,200 health workers across both states- Increased MRDT uptake and reporting in the informal private health sector from 0% to 28% and 0% to 41% in under 2 months by coordinating projects such as the training and supportive supervision of over 464 PSPs on malaria diagnostics and case management, and the institution of first ever malaria surveillance systems in the informal private health sector,

- Relationship and project management: Support the Nigerian FMOH and partners including the United Nations, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in developing and deploying strategies to improve access to health services in Nigeria. - Problem solving and leadership: Provide technical assistance to ministries of health in the areas of technology deployment, supply chain, and HR records.Performance monitoring and analysis: Core CHAI Nigeria Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group member supporting multiple programs to design their M&E frameworks.

- Performed numerous primary research projects and coordinated roadshows which facilitated McKinsey’s entry into several new sectors in Nigeria - Single handedly oversaw the office’s administrative department for several month; developed and implemented several new administrative processes for the new office including McKinsey’s first comprehensive corporate account system in West Africa, which increased overall efficiency by over 70% by standardizing payment times and processes, reducing the need for large volumes of petty cash for each team, and reducing the turn-around-time for the retirement of team expenses- Participated in employee recruiting and helped co-ordinate McKinsey’s first summer MBA program in Nigeria
