The list of activities under this program include but are not limited to oxygen demand assessment at public health facilities, landscaping the suppliers of oxygen and related equipment and accessories, and policy advocacy for supply chain gap identification and mitigation, capacity building of providers, development of standardized guiding documents, creating data analytics dashboards for data recording and reporting. Responsibilities: 1. Design of technical clinical guidelines, SOPs, job aids and training modules for medical oxygen management and other work areas2. Coordinate with district to conduct capacity building activities and implement training and capacity building activities at public health facilities.3. Coordinate data collection and data analysis for oxygen related system in state public health facilities by securing necessary permissions and approvals from government authorities.4. Organize and participate in field visits to collect, validate facility-level data, monitoring, and supervision visits.5. Provide support on adoption and updating of data systems at the health facilities.6. Conduct interviews with stakeholders such as patients, paramedics, pharmacist, storekeepers, CHOs, and doctors regarding uptake of and experience of program initiatives.7. Work across health departments in mobilizing support for CHAI initiatives aimed at streamlining medical oxygen supply chain in the state as well as increasing availability of oxygen related equipment/accessories in state health facilities.
