As Clinical Trial Manager I am responsible for:• Acting as the global clinical trial manager responsible for the operational conduct of clinical trials and managing within the Clinical Study Team, the collaboration of the CRO with various internal and external specialists to ensure the completion of study objectives in accordance with the applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines.• Leading the outsourcing of clinical trials from study start-up to final study report and managing in- and external resources on project basis and aligning activities to agreed timelines and deliverables.• Overseeing and managing CROs and other third party vendor activities (overall study management, risk management, monitoring) with responsibilities in controlling study budget and tracking budget related milestones.• Acquire, maintain and share knowledge / expertise related to Clinical Trial Management and to project specific medical / scientific aspects and contribute to and/or advises on update of processes, guidelines and procedures relevant for Clinical Trial Management.• Managing Phase III trials in various indications (e.g. Immunology, CNS, Diabetics, Women’s Health) and multiple countries with responsibility in coordinating and taking a lead for BID defense meetings, kick-off meetings and investigator meetings.• Performance of trials in the EU, Russia, India and China.• Within our operating model I simultaneously work on 5-7 trials at different stage (i.e. start-up and till end of recruitment.
