1. Maintains working knowledge of the facilities and equipment to provide effective information and support to members.2. Builds effective, authentic relationships with members; helps members connect with each other and the YMCA.3. Introduces new members to group exercise and virtual communities based on their health and well-being goals. 4. Provides excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the Y and on the phone, contributing to member retention.5. Connects members with each other and with YMCA small groups. 6. Conducts calls to new and existing members seeking to engage them in YMCA services and activities. 7. Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs the concerned of the unusual situations or unresolved issues. 8. Applies all YMCA policies dealing with member services. 9. Practice good listening skills. Take ownership of any problems that arise and resolve them to the best of your ability and in a professional manner. 10. Follows YMCA policies and procedures; responds to emergency situations. 11. Maintains an open line of communication with members and leadership. 12. Work collaboratively with coworkers and association leadership. 13. Ensures a strong focus on character development and diversity, equity and inclusion throughout programming.14. Ensures YMCA building and property is secure and report incidents and hazardous conditions supervisor.15. Reports damaged equipment or safety hazards promptly. 16. Performs any other functions necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the YMCA.

1. Talent Acquisition Support: Offer Generation, Employee ID creation, Background Verification, Client Audits and weekly Report Generation for Domestic and International clients.2. Central SPOC & Lead for Background Verification Team – Supervising and Monitoring team members across 8 different states in PAN India.3. Team Recruitment Activities: Sourcing and Screening and Interviewing.4. Inhouse verification and status updates.5. Daily interactions with Vendors and stakeholders day in day out.6. Preparing daily and weekly reports and Auditing files.
